Blank setup screen blocking desktop

I am able to use my mac, however, I have an annoying window that actually blocks direct access to the desktop. It looks like one of the setup setups when setting up the mac and has a continue and back button that do nothing. I don't know what it's related to or how to clear it! Any suggestions?

Thanks

Mac mini, macOS 11.2

Boot into Safe Mode according to Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support and see if the problem persists. Reboot normally and check again.

NOTE: Safe Mode boot can take up to 10 minutes as it's doing the following;

• Verifies your startup disk and attempts to repair directory issues, if needed

• Loads only required kernel extensions (prevents 3rd party kernel/extensions from loading)

• Prevents Startup Items and Login Items from opening automatically

• Disables user-installed fonts

• Deletes font caches, kernel cache, and other system cache files

OK, mentioned can use computer. That said, launch Activity Monitor >> View >> View All processes. Check CPU Tab for Runaway Process and do the same in the Memory Tab. You maybe able to identify what process is doing this. When certain you have the correct process / Application Force Quit from within Activity Monitor
