I received an email stating I have an app I will be charged for if I don’t cancel it. I’ve followed all the instructions and can’t find the app to cancel it. What do I do?

Wondering if you trying to cancel from your Mac or iPhone ?

It’s on my iPhone and I purchased it through the App Store. The email was ligit.
The app I want to cancel and not pay for again is not listed in my subscription, but I received an email saying it would renew and I would be charged if I didn’t cancel.
