I was approved for my Apple Card on JAN 2021. However, I didn’t get the card or a card number to add it in my iPhone. What can I do?
You don't use a card number to add it to your iPhone. It is linked to your Apple ID. See instructions in How to add Apple Card to your Apple devices - Apple Support
