I can’t boot into Windows

I have been trying to download windows 10 with bootcamp, and I followed the instructions of the bootcamp assistant. My MacBook then restarted after partitioning my disk, but it just booted into my Mac OS. I have tried to start windows, with pressing alt when restarting, and the disk was there, and when I pressed it it just loaded my Mac OS again. I found out, that the partition is empty. I would appreciate some help!

I am using Big Sur, on a 15” 2014 MBP.

There are known Big Sur EFI issues. Do you have an option to downgrade to macOS Catalina?
