How can I add the Apple App Store to my iPad?

If you can't find the App Store icon among your apps, you might have restrictions enabled in Screen Time.

Check: Settinngs>ScreenTime>Content & Privacy Restrictions>iTunes&AppStore Purchases... the first 3 options should be set to "Allow". When done, restart your iPad.

The App Store is an integral element of iOS. The Apple Store, however, can be installed from the App Store:

I think app store is preinstalled applicatio. It should be there since your ipad activated so you don’t have to add manualy.
