i cant update my phone

I can't update my phone it always takes me to the agree on option and then nothing happens

If you're trying to update it wirelessly (via wifi), see this support article:--> If your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch won’t update

If you get no help, try to update your device via computer running iTunes (PC) or iTunes/Finder (Mac).
