Heart rate measurement on Apple Watch

During training session Apple Watch starts measuring heart rate only in the first minute of exercise. Then it continues without measuring it. At the end of training session it is not visible any heart rate trace because iPhone says it has been not measured. Sometimes it works, sometimes not. It’s not clear why. Somebody had the same problem? How can I solve it? I also tried to restart the watch, to place it differently on the wrist, but the result is always the same, so it measures HR only in the about first 60 seconds. Please help me to solve the problem.

Note that heart rate measurement works when I use Heart App.

Tks for your help

The first (and simplest) thing to try if something isn’t working right is to restart your Apple Watch and its paired iPhone. If necessary (device not responding), try a forced restart. Both methods can be found here:

If that doesn't help, the next steps would be to unpair and pair your watch again and restore from the backup just created. This should result in no loss of data. It deletes all temp and corrupted files and re-indexes the file system.
