My brothers apple id has been hacked where the person is in his instagram account, snapchat and twitter account. They are putting very vile things where they may put my brother in danger. He got a notification earlier around 1:04pm saying someone was trying to get into his apple id from Ireland. They have tried calling him twice on No Caller ID and currently we are trying to change his phone number. I’m not quite sure on what to do now

To change the phone number, contact your brother's carrier.
You can also add 2 Factor Authentication to your account for more security. If the attempts continue, you might want to consider a name change.
