iPod Classic

Dear Apple community

I'm having problems with my iPod Classic in that when I go into the menu & try to open "playlists" for instance, all that happens is a tick appears next to it & if I press the Centre button again the tick disappears but playlists won't open. It is not just playlists but all of the items in the menu.

Please help if you can.

That sounds like you've got yourself into Settings > Main Menu or Settings > Music Menu. Make sure to leave anything you want to be able to access ticked, then use a long press on Menu to go back to the top of the menu tree.
