play next deleting multiples of same song

MacOS 11.2.3 Music 1.1.3.3

There are certain songs that I really like and I'll add them to Play Next 3 times in a row. That means that I get to hear the song play 3 times in a row, and then it moves onto the next song in Play Next. Until today. Now what I'm seeing is the song will play the first time. When it plays, either 1, 2, or all 3 will disappear from Playing Next. By the end of the 1st play, all 3 have disappeared and Music goes onto the next song in the list, like I never put multiple plays of the 1st song in the list. Not what I want. How can I get Music to play the songs from Playing Next the number of times I have the song listed, and in the order I have them listed?
