Iphone hacked

I was browsing the Internet and got message saying my phone has been hack and immediate action required. I did not know what to do so I went ahead and closed the page. Is there anything I need to do. I was browsing a page searching info about turtles.

It is a Scam:

Just ignore it. It is a scam. Someone is seeking your credentials. Your phone cannot be hacked. So, did you interact with it in any monor? If not, just ignore it.
