Face ID
Hello, I currently have Face ID turned on but it doesn’t seem to be working. I’ve turned it off and set it up again but still doesn’t appear to be working, any ideas?

Hello there, some steps you could try is to first try restarting your iPhone by holding down the side / off button and the volume up button and sliding to power off, or if you have an older device with a home button just hold the side / off button and slide to power off. Then when your ready just hold down the side / off button and wait for the apple logo and then you can let it off and wait for it to boot up.
When it boots up see if it works and if it does not try resetting Face ID again and make sure to follow all of the steps when setting up Face ID. Try cleaning the front of your phone screen too.
