If it is disabled for a few minutes wait. Otherwise, there have been so many wrong password attempts that your phone is essentially locked forever. You can try to restore through itunes, but that will erase all you data. Hopefully it is only 6 minutes, to a few hours or days, at which time you can enter your password again. Also, it is possible that your phone is iCloud locked, which means that you either accidentally locked it, or you stole it, and someone disabled the iPhone. Hope this helps. (Wow this came off a lot more passive aggressive then I meant it too!)
