MacBook Pro (2020) not booting up!?!

Has anyone else's MacBook Pro (2020) been shutting down by itself when asleep (lid closed). Once it shuts down the only way to turn it back on is it plug it into a charger, I updated it but that only fixed the problem for a short time period. Also talked to someone from customer support and ran some troubleshoots such as booting up in safe mode (once connected to charger), resetting PRAM and SMC, and trying a previous versions of "Big Sur". My hypothesis is when the mac disconnects from a network it shuts down in recovery mode. This mainly happens if I bring my Mac to do my work outside the house. Which is SUPER inconvenient when I try to do my work and have to find an outlet (sometimes a power bank) somewhere and plug in my charger then unplug it once it turns on. If anyone has any idea what it could be or have had this problem and have a solution, I'd appreciate it if you could share your secrets😁

Let's generate an EtreCheck report. EtreCheck is a useful app to diagnose and identify issues, both hardware and software. It is trusted by many users. Please follow the steps outlined below:

Navigate to: https://etrecheck.com and get the free version of EtreCheckPro.
Download it. It is a free and trusted app. It is often recommended here on Apple Support Communities.
Open EtreCheck, and before running the report, be sure to check “Allow full Drive Access” at the bottom of the EtreCheckPro window.
Run the report, and put it in a post, as seen here: https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-250000211. We will then examine the report for issues in your Mac.

I've had this problem since purchasing it in March. It occurs a few times a week. My battery also initially shows up as empty until I plug it in and it powers up. The folks at apple informed me to call apple support since my hardware

checked out and since they were unable to duplicate the problem.

Thanks for the clarification. This sounds like a hardware issue, unfortunately. Locate an Apple Store near you and make an appointment so they can check out your Mac.

What is the Mac's current state? Is it in Recovery Mode or macOS? Are there any other troubleshooting steps you took?

When I take my Mac out and about (leaving the house, going to school, vacation, etc.) it will completely shut down and the only way to turn it on is to plug it into my charger.
