Did you check your purchase history to see what you were charged for (if you were charged at all)→See your purchase history for the App Store, iTunes Store, and more - Apple Support. If you were charged did this jog your memory? If you are sure you didn’t make the purchase, and no one you share an Apple ID with or who is in your family plan made a purchase your Apple ID has been hacked. See→If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support


To cancel your Ancestry subscription go to Settings/[Your name]/Subscriptions. If you see it does it say “Expires” and a date? If so, it has been canceled. If it shows Next Billing Date tap on it and tap Cancel Subscription.


If it doesn’t appear at all then either you subscribed using a different Apple ID or you subscribed directly with the app provider, and not with Apple.

I did not purchase anything on the ITUNE MUSIC store on April 25, 2021. I also want to stop payments on the ancestry.com because I am making double payment and I don’t want to pay it on apple.pay.

I want to pay my way for my ancestry and I didn’t set up the payment in the first place. When I went to ancestry they told me I was double paying for my account.it was hard enough to find this discussion.apple.com so that I could cancel these that the only way I would use the Apple Pay would be fore my puzzles or if I decide to buy an app. I don’t consider xancestry.com an apple app because I have been on it off and on for 30 yrs.
