FWIW, it's the 'little circle' icon is in the same position that the iCloud 'cloud'/upload/download icons would be..

Your screen shot falls short... what is the heading these circles are associated with?

If you Control click in the header area, you can customize which columns show up. Make some change.

Do you have any extension associated with your Finder...(?)
