I want to import all of my Microsoft Outlook folders into Apple Mail

Currently I run two email accounts on my MacBook Air.....Microsoft Outlook and the Mail app. I want to export all my Outlook folders and content into Mail folders. How???? thanks in advance.

It turns out you can simply drag and drop your mail folders to a folder in Finder. This will automatically create an Mbox file, as illustrated below.
