I cannot delete or receive email on my account, and have not been able to do that for 5 hours. However, I can send email on the same account. The message I get, when I try to delete email is that the "server is busy." How do I rectify this?
I was unaware that there was an iCloud mail outage. Have nearly 6 hours, it appears that the outage has been resolved.

Make sure you are logged in, go to profile and make sure it’s switched on and your connected to mobile data or an internet connection
