I am unable to install ios 14.5 on iphone 11 .. its just showing estimate time remaining

It is running all the time .. this is what is going on from past two days..
How long has it been? Sometimes the ETA for updates doesn't work even though the update itself does.
tge problem started day before yeaterday and still not resolved .. i have tried switching it on off and connecting it again to wifi and storage is also not a problem
