How do I update my AirPod pro firmware?

It just simple step you can update the firmware of your airpods pro

just connect it with your iPhone first simply connect the airpods with lightning cable and turn the power on. just let thrm be there for least 30-45min connected and you will see the new firmware.

just connect your airpods pro with a lightning cable first, it should be charging, then while charging connect it with your iphone leave it 30 to 45mins on charge and make sure it's connected with your iphone after that check your firmware it will be updated

Are you saying to connect the AirPods case to your iPhone with a cable? That doesn’t seem correct.

this method worked! Once the case was plugged into power and iPhone unlocked I opened the AirPod case for about 20 seconds and they were updated.
