upgrade issue

hi, pls I have a macbook pro 2010.. I cant install new apps or software.

it's saying I need to upgrade to version 10.14 or later ,but I can't find 10.14. pls what do I do

That MacBook Pro model can't be upgraded past High Sierra. Mojave requires at least a 2012 Mac model, or a 2010 desktop Mac Pro upgraded with a Metal-capable graphics card.
