Low volume on iPhone se 2020.

As stated above, my new iPhone se 2020 has very low volume, even after I turn up the sound. The sound itself also sounds like it’s coming from another room. I know that the iPhone is supposed to be apples lower end phone, but there’s still no excuse for cheapening out on the phones basic use, that being a phone that provides loud and clear audio on both ends. I’ve read other posts online regarding the iPhone se 2020 audio clarity, but have not been able to find any clear fixes. Does anyone on this forum know if anything can be done about the audio on my phone, or should I just give up now? Thanks everyone!
