Apple Watch activity goal

Activity goal. Tried all the ways to change it.... tapped on screen, held it down, etc I have my watch and my sons. My watch works when I try these thing, his doesn’t. I checked and it’s up to date.

Note: For users 13 years and younger, the Move ring shows how many minutes the user has spent actively moving around. Also, with the newer watchOS versions you should be able to change all 3 goals.

Sorry I wasn’t more specific. I need help changing my move goal... like the one you set initially. I know u can’t change stand goal and whatever I just can’t update the move goals on my sons watch but I can on mine.

In a workout, tap the circle with the 3 dots in the upper right corner to set/unset workout goals.

You may then actually have to perform a workout for the "new" goal to stick.
