I received a message a week ago saying my Apple ID and phone number were being used on FaceTime on an iPad somewhere. I changed my Apple ID then but received the same message this am.
is this a bald message and what should I do?

You might want to consider changing your password and making sure it is a strong one. You can also add 2 Factor Authentication to your account for more security.
