Okay, so you need to be a little more specific in what you want to change.

I chose to link to that support page because it tells almost everything about Family Sharing.

But if the answer is not there, then you need to elaborate on your question.

Family sharing isn’t working so the link you sent me is irrelevant and it’s telling me to do something that my phone won’t do, it doesn’t have the same options as the link that was given.

im not able to do ANYTHING. Not edit, not remove, no transfer.. family sharing isn’t working at all.

ive went back and forth over a hour last night with Apple support and they couldn’t help me either, someone is suppose to call me today but this really shouldn’t be this hard and it’s really inconvenient.

Okay, that information you did not provide to begin with. This is important information to get the right help.

First, have you tried closing all apps, and rebooting your iPhone?

Most often it can help, but not always.

You write you can not disable Family Sharing. If you go to:

Settings -> Apple ID (Your Name) -> Family Sharing - Tap on your name. Can you choose "Stop Using Family Sharing"?

If not, then there may be a Screen Time limitation that prevents you from editing or deleting Family Sharing.

Go to:

Settings -> Screen Time -> Scroll to the bottom and select Turn off Screen Time.

Did it make a difference?

I didn’t provide the information because I’m not going to keep repeating myself like what happens when your on phone the phone with apple and they transfer you to the next person and you have to keep repeating the story.

but anyways all devices screen time is off and I reset my settings thinking it will work and it only made it worst.

Just so you know, this is a user to user forum. I have no chance of knowing what you told an Apple Support employee.

I'm not employed by Apple.

I never said you should reset your Settings. Just deactivate Screen Time.

Do you have the opportunity to upload a screenshot, and then tell exactly what you want.

Do you just want to disable Family Sharing?
