M1 MacBook Pro shutting down when being used

Hi

My 2020 M1 MacBook Pro keeps shutting down and re booting when being used. Has anybody else had this problem and how did they solve it. The crash report sent to Apple said something about Kernal Panic.

I have not got a clue what that means. Is this something l should worry about or should l take the MacBook back to Apple and ask for a replacement.

Regards

Hi,

Just wonder if you upgrade to macOS 11.3.1which could solve the issue or if you are using third party kexts, delete them and see if it still occurs kernel panic.

If it doesn't help, try to check your MacBook Pro with Apple Diagnostics if it reports hardware related errors.
