Delete and redownload the song which won't play; if you get told that you'll be charged again, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance.

What to Try:

  • Try Streaming it:
  1. Delete: the download
  2. Quit: iTunes
  3. Open: iTunes
  4. Play: the song.
  5. Redownload: the song
  6. Play: the song

  • Re-Sign in

Also, try signing out of iTunes (in the Account menu of iTunes), and then sign back in.

  • Perform an Authorization:

You won't have two computers authorized, it will just remember it

  1. Go to: Account menu
  2. Hover Over: Authorizations
  3. Select: Authorize this Computer...
  4. Proceed from there as necessary
