I can’t record voice and making calls on my iphone

We see that you may have already visited If the microphones on your iPhone aren't working, were you able to complete all of those steps?

If so, we see that you mentioned in the topic of the conversation, that you can't "record voice and making calls", to clarify, are you trying to use Voice Memos while on a call? If so, you wouldn't be able to record while on a call.

If you're unable to hear playback from a voice memo, then that indicates there's a hardware issue with the microphone and service will be needed for your iPhone. The following article will help you to prepare and arrange service:

If you're unable to create a voice memo while on a call, then that's expected behavior as Voice Memos will stop recording when audio plays from a different app. You can read that here: Make a recording in Voice Memos on iPhone
