I have not had an IPHONE since January!!! You keep charging me the storage plan fee every month. How do I cancel that???

See the link below. You can’t cancel iCloud storage because you get 5GB free. You can reduce your storage to the free tier and stop the billing, however. Scroll down to 'Upgrade or downgrade your iCloud storage’ and follow the instructions. And by the way, how would Apple have any knowledge that you no longer have an iPhone?
