Storage issue on brand new Macbook Pro M1 (+20gb of "other" space occupied)

Hey, I think Apple have a problem with their new M1 mac.

Recently I bought brand new M1 mbp and I realized that it has more than 20gb occupied space (other space). I tried factory reset and factory reset from bootable usb drive and nothing changed, same 20gb of storage to nowhere. Also system storage taking up to +15gb of storage and that's okay cuz this space is for big sur, but where is my 20gb goes to?

Also my old 2017 mbp has only 8gb of "other" storage.

See used and available storage space on your Mac

The Other Category is a collection of anything the macOS can not catalog into the Knows files types. Known files types the user can directly control are documents, music, videos, pictures, backups, podcasts etc.

Anything else is generally classified as Other like System files, System cache files, Application Cache files, Crash Logs, etc. This Other should not be altered or attempted to alters, modified, moved and / or delated. Doing so may render the OS corrupt and / or unstable to the point the will required a reinstallation.
