My daughter was playing with her iPad until it dead. Tried to charge but not working. The screen is still black and no response. I tried to charge it for a few hours and restart it, but still didn’t work! I don’t know what to do! Help!

Did you try doing a hard reset?
A hard reset, however, does not delete your data. Press the Home button and the On/Off button at the same time. Keep holding the buttons down until after the screen turns black and the iPad starts up again. When the Apple logo appears on the screen, release the buttons.
If this doesn't work, do as Antonio suggested.
Take it to your nearest Apple Store or Apple Authorised Repair Centre and get them to look at it.
