I tried getting into my old iPhone and it says my iPhone is disabled connect to iTunes but I don’t have an iTunes account I don’t think

Click here and follow the instructions. It's referring to iTunes on a computer, not the iTunes Store; to do this on a Mac running Catalina or newer, restore the iPhone in the Finder.
