Backing up the phone

It is saying I don’t have storage to back up my phone but my iCloud storage isn’t full

Hi,

Even if your iCloud storage isn’t full, iCloud backup may fail:

For instance, if you got 4.5/5GB but your backup is 1GB, your iCloud backup will fail, even if your iCloud storage isn’t full, as you need at least 1GB available in your iCloud storage.
To see the size of your iPhone backup, go to settings/your Apple ID/ iCloud/ manage storage/backup/ your iPhone.
