Yes. Mostly.
The 2020 and 2021 12.9¨iPads are the exactly same height and width, with the 2021 model being slightly thicker. .0.2inches thicker than the 2020 version.
The 11" are exactly the same size for all measurements.
Well, each of the above two generations contain two different sizes!
