Apple TV subscription for one year free

I bought new iPhone with one year free subscription for Apple TV and music and it doesn’t work what can I do to make it working ? Please

The offer is for one year of Apple TV+ (note the Plus), not Apple TV.

The offer has to be redeemed, in order to access its content. It is not automatic. Claim your offer within the first three months. The offer should be redeemed on your new Apple device, in the TV app. Find “Enjoy 1 Year Free” there. The automated redeem procedure may not work for previous or current subscribers.
