Currently iOS 14.5.1 is installed on my iPhone 6s , but I want to install earlier version of iOS, as this version is not supporting some of my installed apps.

How do I install earlier version of iOS on my iPhone, current version is 14.5.1

There isn't a way back. If the developer won't update them, your only option is to get an older unit.
