Can I disable sharing my credit card form family members in AppStore?

I set up family access, and now all purchases of relatives in App Store using my card. Can I turn it off, without disabling family share of my purchased apps?

You can disable the card, but that turns off purchases sharing. From the article below.

If you're the family organizer and you don't want to share a payment method with your family, turn off purchase sharing. When purchase sharing is turned off, you can continue to share subscriptions like Apple TV+ and Apple Arcade.

Family Sharing - purchases and payments.

You can try using Parental controls to limit purchases and for younger family members, you can turn on Ask to Buy.

Parental controls.
