How can I access an iCloud email if I have no access to the devices connected to it or remember the password

If you want to see if there are any iCloud emails, go to iCloud.com/Mail using a computer browser.

If you forgot the Apple ID password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if you can get a Rescue or Notification email option if necessary. Link to contact Apple Support at the end of the 2nd article.
