Videos App not install

I recently updated to 11.2.1 on my iPhone & iPad. When the update was completed, I looked at my devices and thought there's an App missing. It was only last night that I realised that the missing app was Videos. I done a search on my devices. The results were :- App Store - Videos by Apple, view in Store. On the store page "This app requires specific features not available on this device" with a greyed out download symbol, but under compatibility it states it works on this iPhone / iPad.

This is not a chat service and you are not addressing Apple here. We can't give you a reason to why things have changed, but I can tell you where you are going wrong. The videos app as it was for many years on the iPad and iPhones, was changed and is now AppleTV. Or commonly referred to as the TV app, all previously loaded videos or purchased ones that were downloaded to your device will reside there.
