my own apple id dosent work in activation lock

I purchased a iphone 10 secondhand and of after sometimes i lost my phone and somehow then i used my find my iphone to erase my phone but luckily 2-5 days after i found my phone but when i enter my apple id and password it says "The apple id cannot be used to unlock this phone"

apple id and password is correct because when i type wrong password it says incorrect password and when type correct password it says The apple id cannot be used to unlock this phone. This is so frustrating.

Please help
