Empty package received

I ordered an iPhone 12 mini for my daughter. Once the ups package arrived today. The package was in front of my door and the person didn't ask for a signature. The package felt very light. Once she opened the package, there was nothing inside the package. It was EMPTY! There was no iPhone box inside. The box was not sealed see the pictures below. We ran to talk to the UPS person and he said that he didn't know what happened, suggested to call the apple. I called and explained the situation. They logged the complaint and asked me to wait for 2-3 business days.

Very bad experience and My fingers crossed!

please suggest to me, what else I can do from my side?

Hello,

Immediately file an official claim with the transportation carrier (UPS). Provide as much detail as possible. Be sure to include date, time, location, photos etc.
