I'm trying to add payment method on my other iPhone 8plus for the Apple Music 3 months trial , but when I fill all the sections required and press done on the far right , it sticks and I can’t even press back either , what could be the problem?

It wasn’t really declined it just won’t proceed to the next step but thank you will contact the Apple support
