My new debit card is set up in the wallet, but the Apple ID won’t take it as payment card

i need to set up my new debit card, but my phone won’t take it. It is already set up in my wallet and verified by the bank

It sounds like you can't make a payment method. We're glad you've joined us in Apple Support Communities, and we can provide some assistance.


It seems like you've had the chance to review Payment methods that you can use with your Apple ID, but let's double-check it to see if your payment method is listed for your region. Different countries and regions accept different payment methods. 


If you see a message that mentions a "billing problem" check out the advice in "Find out why a payment method can’t be charged" in If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store. The troubleshooting in this link has the most frequent solutions to adding a payment method. 


If the issue remains after following those steps, let us know if you get an alert and the exact wording of the alert you're seeing when you try to add a payment method.

I just got a new modem from X-finidy. All the WiFi using things in my house attached to the modem right away, but like always this iPhone has a mind of its own. If I didn’t have a head full of white hat already, I’d get a few more.

please diese anyone k ow how to connect a stubborn iPhone. Xfinity doesn’t seem to k ow.
