WE have forgotten the screen time passcode and there IS NO forgot passcode option. There is an option on my screen time, but I am the parent with family share. On my child's screentime, there is no forgot passcode option. Have over 8 hours into this with support. I need a resolution! I am up to date on iOS 14.6. HELP!!!!!

If necessary, you will need to restore the device to factory settings. Do not restore from a backup made when the Screen Time code was active.

Yes I’ve tried resets. Nothing is working. I’m told it will be in an update but seriously this is unacceptable. My daughter is locked to 4 hours of screen time. Must be the last setting I had on at one point. I gave her more time for weekends, but now she’s stuck.
If you can't unlock Screen Time, you may need to do a factory reset. As I posted above, do not restore from a backup made when the Screen Time code was active.
