No service

I purchased a new iPhone a few months ago but it keeps saying “no service” at the top right corner. I have replaced the SIM card but it is still happening. Can you help me ?

Firstly, well done on your troubleshooting so far. Do you have a friend who might be on the same carrier to test it for you? Does it change if you go elsewhere? Does your sim card suddenly have service in another phone? This can help identify if it is a problem with your network or Apple device with the no service message.

Also, you might want to try asking your carrier about any known issues in certain areas (Where you see no service).

This article should help you, but if I can be of any further assistance please let me know.
