I im received an odd message on safari about being hacked.

could my phone really be hacked if so how would i know or how could i find out before im robbed!?

No you aren't hacked but you have been to a website that was and this is a browser hijack. Find Safari in your recently used apps and remove it. Then go to Settings > Safari and erase your history. Then restart your iPhone.
