iPhone 11 Camera Issue on Instagram

Hello there, I am using iPhone 11 iOS Version: 14.6

I have a problem with Instagram camera When I enter Instagram for the first time, open the camera and start video recording, there is a flicker in the video, this appears when zoomed. Then when I cancel the first record and make a new record, I don't have such a problem. I leave the relevant videos here.

As you can see, the problem is obvious in the 1st video, and the 2nd video is OK. Please, I'm waiting for your help, if anyone has the same problem, I would appreciate it if you tell me.
