On my PC apple TV+ I cannot see movie purchased on my Iphone. I can view movie on my phone but unable to view on PC and unable to cast to TV. Also I cannot see any may to search on the TV+ app. Very limited number of shows available on the app. very frustrated to spend $20 on a film and only visible on phone?

It is intended that the web access is just for the Apple TV+ content, not for the other Apple TV app content. For the extended Apple TV app content, including iTunes Store movies, you will need to use a device with the actual Apple TV app.
