I don't know how to delete local mail box, anyone please help

If you highlight a Mailbox, look under Mail's Mailbox menu item for Delete Mailbox.
I greyed out then you can only delete it on the Server.

first of all, thanks for reply, but I right click that folder nothing happened no menu or anything pop-up
While in Apple Mail is there a listing called " Local " ?? If Yes - Right Click and pop-up Menu appears and should list actions that can be performed - including Delete.
As @BDQua has suggested and should work !
