Hi,
You cannot transfer content directly from an iPad to an iPod classic. You need iTunes or Finder/Music on the latest versions of macOS. If/when you have access to a computer see Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device - Apple Community.

I have iTunes and I subscribe to the family pack I want to sink my I pod to my iPad but it has a 32 bit connection and so do the ipod how can I do it ..I don't have a pc ?

Through itunes on your pc or mac.
If it purchased music download directly on yur ipod.
